With a selection that spans from classic to contemporary, find the perfect fireplace or surround that harmonizes seamlessly with your vision. Find the design you like or the inspiration to create your own bespoke commission.
We combine modern cutting with traditional mallet and chisel skills to create natural stone fireplace and chimney pieces to suit any style or period of house in all textures of shade and grain.
We use a range of classic architectural stones from the British Isles whilst supporting our local Midlands stone quarries, but we are in weekly contact with the quarry men in Yorkshire, Bath, Portland and elsewhere. We enjoy the opportunity to work with new stone types if there is a suitable regional stone quarry.
Our craftsmen at McMillan & Holder want you to understand your options and help you to design your own bespoke stone fireplace.

To help inspire, McMillan & Holder have outlined six classic fire surround designs both traditional and contemporary. Please see these below.

At our core, we believe in bringing your vision to life. Whether you seek a majestic centerpiece or a subtle accent, let our bespoke creations become an extension of your personality, evoking a sense of pride and admiration for years to come. Embrace the timeless allure of natural stone, and experience the magic of our handcrafted masterpieces in your home.
